I'm sorry. I can relate to the gut punch - and the baseball game! I had a friend who has been there too. When we talked about it one time he said something like, "I've learned that if it isn't a hard leave I might go back." Yikes. Since then I've asked God to keep me aligned so I don't have to go through that again. Best to you. Love this writing piece. Thanks for sharing.💞
